Prior to joining Stax, Ruwindhu was Vice President and the Head of Operations for Virtusa Corporation, a global information technology (IT) services company providing IT consulting, technology and outsourcing services. In this role he was accountable for strategy execution via business planning, resource management, and overall operations optimization. During his ten years at Virtusa, Ruwindhu successfully implemented multiple complex solutions for Global 500 companies in the banking, financial services, insurance, and telecom industries, transforming their data and information into business-critical dashboards and decision tools.
